Montessori, Elementary, Middle, and High school levels
Design and deliver lesson plans that meet the needs of your students, assess progress, and provide feedback to parents and the principal. Requires subject expertise, strong communication, and a positive, inclusive classroom.
Support classroom instruction
Work closely with the lead teacher to support instruction — grading, preparing materials, and working with students one-on-one. Requires organization, patience, and teamwork.
Campus cleanliness and safety
Keep the school clean and safe: mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring the school is free from hazards. Requires attention to detail and time management.
Landscaping and grounds
Maintain the school's landscaping and gardens, including mowing, planting, and irrigation. Requires a good eye for design and the ability to work independently.
Campus safety
Ensure the safety of students and staff: monitoring entrances and exits, responding to emergencies, and conducting regular checks. Requires calm under pressure and strong communication.
Facilities upkeep
Maintain and repair classrooms, offices, and restrooms, with experience in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Also responsible for ordering supplies as needed.
